D.M. Wills Associated Limited (Wills) has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to undertake a detailed design study and preparation of a Contract Package for the Replacement/Rehabilitation of various non-structural culverts on Highway 28, from Hwy 7 (9.5 km East of Peterborough) to Long Lake Road in the Townships of Selwyn, Douro-Dummer, Trent Lakes, Otonabee-South Monaghan and North Kawartha.
As part of the culvert works, environmental planning, socio-economic assessments, cultural assessments and natural science assessments including fisheries, wildlife, vegetation and Species at Risk (SAR) will be conducted.
