Low Cost Rabies Clinic on April 28th, 2018

The Peterborough Public Health, in co-operation with the local veterinarians, is again sponsoring low-cost rabies clinics in our area for dogs and cats.

There will be one Low Cost Rabies Clinic in Trent Lakes on April 28, 12-2 pm, Buckhorn Public Works Depot, 8 Melody Bay Rd. $30/animal. Cash only.

All Dogs on Leashes and Cats Restrained

For more information on other Low Cost Rabies Clinics please use the following link: http://www.peterboroughpublichealth.ca/…/cl…/rabies-clinics/ As a resident of the County of Peterborough you can attend any Clinic.

All dogs and cats over the age of three (3) months must be immunized against rabies.  These same animals must be re-immunized in accordance with the date prescribed in the certificate of immunization issued.  This is in an effort to reduce human exposure to the rabies virus.

Dog Tags and Burn Permits:
Trent Lakes Dog Tags will also be available at this event. Special pricing for dog tags only at this event will be $25 cash or cheque only. You can also obtain a free 2018 Burn Permit. Be sure to stop at the Municipality of Trent Lakes table before you leave.
