Fire Burn Permits required – but they’re FREE!
If you have opted to have a bonfire for the evening, even a small one to toast marshmallows and cook wieners, you do need a burn permit. Make sure that in advance, you've obtained a FREE online burn permit from the Trent Lakes website to do ANY open air burning. A permit is good for a calendar year. The Municipality of Trent Lakes will be closed on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 for Victoria Day. Normal business hours will resume after Victoria Day.
All Waste Transfer Sites will be open on Victoria Day Monday and will operate on Sunday hours. (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
