Public Notice

Take Notice That the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes proposes to enact a By-law to stop up, close and offer for sale to the abutting property owners:

A portion of an unopened road allowance between Lots 5 and 6, Concession 18, Cavendish Ward, adjacent to property municipally known as 42 Fire Route 328A (see map below)

This by-law will be considered for passage at the Regular meeting of Council held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Written or verbal comments respecting this proposed disposal of land are to be directed to the Clerk.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
