The Municipality of Trent Lakes is seeking feedback from the public ahead of budget considerations.
Each year, the Municipality creates an operating and capital budget outlining the services and projects to be completed in the year. The budgets also set the tax rates for the year.

Notice by Peterborough County:
County Road 503 from Kinmount to Haliburton County Boundary, to Furnace Falls Bridge will have daily lane restrictions to facilitate drilling of boreholes for the 2023 Geotechnical Investigation program.
Estimated start time: August 18 at 7 a.m.
Estimated end time: August 19 at 5 p.m.

As of 6 p.m. today (July 11, 2023), the MNRF Restricted Fire Zone for Trent Lakes and Trent Lakes Municipal Burn Ban will be lifted.
Please note there is still no daytime burning between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. All burn permits will be reinstated and anyone requiring a burn permit can apply for one on our website.
The current Fire Danger Index is HIGH. Please continue to use caution when burning.
