Mailing address change |
Please update your address with us so that we can mail your tax bill to the right place. It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure that the Municipality has their current mailing address on file. The property owner is also responsible for paying their property tax bill by the due date. Please complete and submit our Mailing Address Change Form. You can also print the Mailing Address Change Form. Please return your form to the attention of the Finance department by mail, email, fax or in person. Contact information is located on the upper right corner of the form. Failure to redirect your tax bills or advise us of a change in mailing address, could result in a penalty of 1.25% per month on overdue tax accounts. |
Change of ownership |
To change ownership information on a property, please submit a copy of the registered transfer of ownership or deed. If you receive a tax bill for a property you no longer own, please notify the office immediately. Let us know that the transfer of the title has been made.
