Ontario Regulation 10/21, made under the Reopening Ontario (A Flexible Response To COVID-19) Act, 2020 On January 12, 2021, the Ontario Government declared a second state of emergency under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act in respect of the COVID-19 pandemic.
