What You’ll Need
In order to make your payment online or over the phone, you’ll need:
• Your property assessment roll number, found in the upper left-hand corner of your tax bill.
• The balance owed on your bill.
• Your credit card number, including security code on the back of the card.
• An email address to receive an electronic confirmation of your transaction.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
We offer both monthly and installment pre-authorized payment plans. The monthly plan spreads the current year’s taxes over 10 months (Feb-Nov) with withdrawal dates of either the 15th or the last day of the month, and the installment plan will withdrawal the total installment amount on the date that it is due.
We also offer a pre-authorized payment plan for accounts that are in arrears. It is a monthly plan where we will withdrawal a monthly amount that is acceptable to you. The withdrawal dates available are the 15th or the last day of the month.
The forms for both payments are available to download. A void cheque must be returned with your form. Please return your form to the attention of the Tax Clerk by mail, email, fax or in person.

You must enter a separate roll number for each property that you own. Allow your bank 2 weeks processing time if you are paying by either of these methods.
