New By-law Complaint Portal
The Municipality of Trent Lakes has officially launched a NEW portal for submitting by-law complaints, created with Cloudpermit.
Submitting by-law complaints is now much easier with the portal’s interactive map and search function.
To submit a complaint:
- Search the property of concern in the search bar or click the property on the map.
- Select “Create Complaint”.
- Select the complaint category, describe the concern, supply contact details and add optional photos.
- Select "Submit".
Once submitted, our By-law Enforcement Officer will investigate the complaint.
