Notice of Registration for Third Party Advertisers

Notice is hereby given that registration for third party advertisers for the Municipality of Trent Lakes may be filed in person, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from May 1, 2026 to October 23, 2026 at the Trent Lakes Municipal Office located at 760 Peterborough County Road 36, Trent Lakes, ON.

Only the following persons and entities are eligible to file a notice of registration:

• An individual who is normally a resident in Ontario;
• A corporation that carries on business in Ontario; or
• A trade union that holds bargaining rights for employees in Ontario.

Eligible persons or entities seeking to register as a third party advertiser must provide the following at the time of filing:

1. Proof of identity;
2. The prescribed Notice of Registration – Form 7 completed and signed;
3. A declaration of qualification (included on your completed Form 7) signed by the individual or by a representative of the corporation or trade union, as the case may be; and
4. Evidence that the union or corporation you represent has authorized the registration of a third party advertiser.

No individual, corporation or trade union shall incur expenses for a third party advertisement that appears between May 1, 2026 and October 26, 2026 unless the individual, corporation or trade union is a registered third party when the expenses are incurred and when the advertisement appears.
