Public Notice, Land Sale - January 16, 2026

Take Notice That the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes proposes to enact a By-law to stop up, close and offer for sale to the abutting property owners:

A portion of an unopened road allowance between Lots 15 and 16, Concession 13, Harvey Ward, adjacent to property municipally known as 6 Evergreen Way (see map below)

This by-law will be considered for passage at the Regular meeting of Council held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Written or verbal comments respecting this proposed disposal of land are to be directed to the Clerk.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
