Take Notice That the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes proposes to enact a By-law to stop up, close and offer for sale to the owner of an island property:

A portion of land in Concessions 16, Lot 2, Cavendish Ward, adjacent to properties municipally known as 241 and 245 Boundary Road (see map below).

This by-law will be considered for passage at the Regular meeting of Council held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Written or verbal comments respecting this proposed disposal of land are to be directed to the Clerk.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
