If you are disposing of items or materials at one of our Transfer Station Sites, you may be subject to a disposal fee.
Here is a list of the waste disposal fees. You are required to use the recycling and diversion programs available to you. Many of these programs have no disposal fees.

Both have financial and environmental impacts. Charging disposal fees helps to recover those costs so that the cost is not applied to your property tax. This way, the person who creates the waste pays for the cost to manage it.
Disposals fees for materials such as construction, shingles, drywall, concrete, etc. is based on the load size or volume of material. The unit of measurement is a cubic yard. Learn more about what is a cubic yard.
For items such as furniture and other bulky waste, there is a fee per item.
The following items/material will see a fee increase, effective January 1, 2022.
