TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes proposes to enact a by-law to stop up, to close and to sell to the abutting land owners those lands and premises more particularly described in Schedule “A” annexed hereto.

STRA owners are now required to register their property with the Municipality of Trent Lakes, after Trent Lakes Council approved the STRA Mandatory Registration By-Law brought forward at the March 4, 2025, Council Meeting.

Paramedic services throughout Southeastern Ontario are introducing a new system for 9-1-1 emergency calls. Peterborough County/City Paramedics (PCCP) will officially transition to the new system on March 26, 2025. The new system is part of the Government of Ontario’s Your Health Plan.

Load restrictions are in effect on all Municipal roads starting March 10 until May 1, 2025.

Due to current weather conditions, the Municipal office will be closed today on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

The office will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025.
